Анотація

У статті подано методики проведення фізичної терапії передчасно народжених дітей. Метою дослідження передбачалося обґрунтувати позитивний вплив фізичної терапії на розвиток недоношених дітей та попереджен-ня порушень нервово-психічного стану. У теоретичному дослідженні застосовувалися такі загальнoнаукові методи дослідження: аналіз і синтез джерел науково-методичної літератури; вивчення і узагальнення досвіду супервізії та зaстосування засобів фiзичної реабілітації дітей з різним ступенем недоношеності: систематизацiя та конкретизацiя підходів до застoсування програми фізичної терапії передчасно народжених дітей. У статті акцентовано увагу на необхідності менеджменту недоношених дітей фізичним терапевтом відразу в неонаталь-ному відділенні пологового будинку. Систематизовано прогнозовані проблеми дітей даної категорії. Виявлено вплив фізичної терапії на організм дитини, що народилася передчасно. Доведено необхідність застосування позиціонування та дихальної гімнастики у комплексі з гідрокінезотерапією.

PHYSICAL THERAPY OF PREMATURE CHILDREN

English abstract

The article presents methods of physical therapy of premature babies. The aim of the study was to substantiate the positive impact of physical therapy on the development of premature infants and the prevention of mental disorders. The content of the research tasks was to analyze literature sources on the research topic, to study the physical develop-ment of premature babies, to classify the gestational age of prematurity and to identify risk factors for its disorders and complications of preterm birth, to systematize physical therapy for premature babies. The following general scientific research methods were used in the theoretical research: analysis and synthesis of literary sources of scientific and meth-odological literature; study and generalization of experience of supervision and application of means of physical reha-bilitation of children with various degree of prematurity: systematization and concretization of approaches to applica-tion of the program of physical therapy of prematurely born children. The article emphasizes the need for supervision of premature infants by a physical therapist immediately in the neonatal department of the maternity hospital Systematized predicted problems of children in this category. The effect of physical therapy on the body of a child born prematurely. The necessity of application of positioning and respiratory gymnastics in a complex with hydrokinesiotherapy and medical gymnastics on fit-pain is proved. It is noted that physi-cal therapy is aimed at overcoming the delay of both motor and psycho-speech development, the maximum elimination of associated complications. The program provides consistent, long-term, joint work of physicians and parents of a child born prematurely. The complex program of physical rehabilitation under the condition of systematic application pro-motes development of motor functions, improvement of functioning of cardiorespiratory system, personal development, an opportunity to catch up with development of children who were born in time.
