Анотація

У статті розглянуто питання щодо фактичних змін в існуючій класифікації закладів дошкільної освіти відповідно сучасних нормативних вимог України. Виконано аналіз закону України «Про дошкільну освіту», ДБН В.2.2-4:2018 «Заклади дошкільної освіти», наукові роботи та інших нормативні документи присвячені цій тематиці. Визначено вплив нормативних вимог ДБН В.2.2-40:2018 «Інклюзивність будівель і споруд» на об’ємно-планувальні рішення дитячих закладів та їх наслідки. Виконавши дослідження щодо фактичних змін в існуючій класифікації закладів дошкільної освіти згідно з сучасними нормативними вимогами України, сформовано концептуальну класифікацію відповідно до основних класифікаційних ознак та їх типів. Детально розроблено структуру архітектурно-планувальної функціональності дитячих закладів на основі груп основних приміщень відповідно до їх максимально ефективного застосування для потреб закладу та відносно їх напряму діяльності, потужності, тривалості роботи.

CONCEPTUAL CLASSIFICATION OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS IN UKRAINE TODAY

English abstract

The article seeks to examine the actual changes in the operative classification of preschool educational establishments in accordance with current regulatory requirements of Ukraine. Ukrainian laws «On Preschool Education» and «Preschool Educational Establishments», as well as regulatory documents and available research papers on the topic are reviewed. The study also investigates the impact exercised by regulatory requirements of «Inclusiveness of buildings and structures» and their outcomes for spatial planning solutions. While developing spatial planning solutions, it should be taken into account that the premises of a children’s establishment will provide accessibility for people with disabilities and have the necessary means of safety, orientation, and obtaining information on the use of the environment. This leads to rethinking conceptual solutions in the design of children’s establishments and sets the aim of making them entirely universal by removing the boundaries between different groups of children (those who are healthy, those with physical or intellectual disabilities, etc.). The changes mentioned above lead to an actual unification of establishment types within the existing classification on a general functional basis. Having traced the actual changes in the current classification of preschool education institutions, the author has devised a conceptual classification of the main classification features and their types in accordance with the current regulatory requirements of the Ukrainian legislation. The revised classification embraces several main functional features: functionality, form of ownership, capacity, age category, duration of work, number of floors and architectural and planning functionality. Through critical examining foreign researchers’ publications on architectural typology of overall development preschool educational institutions, the author has conducted a comparative analysis and described significant differences found in the issues of preschool educational establishments in Russia and Ukraine. The newly introduced architectural and planning functionality has been developed in detail, being constructed on the basis of functional groups of the main premises and their compliance with the maximum effective use according to the needs of the institution, in terms of their activity, capacity, and duration of work, which makes it possible to structure the buildings of preschool institutions in more detail.
