Анотація

У статті окреслені особливості технології внесення меліорантів, органо-мінеральних елементів живлення рослин та сполук, дезактиваторів, структуроутворювачів за допомогою машини для внесення меліорантів МВМ-10. Недоліком машини МВМ-10 є те, що в неї великий час зворотної промивки (регенерації) фільтра, низький ступінь рівномірності перемішування меліорантів в порожнині фільтра й тим самим, низька ефективність роботи. Для зменшення дії зазначених факторів та підвищення ефективності роботи машини нами розроблена нова технологія перемішування меліорантів. Розроблено та обґрунтовано параметри пристрою розмиву, який забезпечує підвищення ступеня рівномірності їх перемішування в порожнині фільтра завдяки інтенсифікації процесу розмиву «мертвих зон». Це дозволить попередити хімічне руйнування меліорантами поверхні дна цистерни машини, підвищити ефективність та екологічність роботи машини МВМ-10. Технологічні параметри пристрою та процесу розмиву меліорантів встановлені на основі експериментальних досліджень та методів математичного моделювання.

TECHNICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS FOR THE APPLICATION OF MELIORANTS BY MACHINE MVM-10

English abstract

The article presents the features of the technology for application of ameliorants, organic and mineral plant nutrients and compounds, deactivators, structure formers by the machine MVM-10. The technology which is used in the machine MVM-10 ensures the efficiency of agricultural production, the implementation of environmental measures to improve the ecological state of the regions. The MVM-10 machine is capable of independently preparing, transporting and applying emulsions, suspensions or solutions both into the soil and onto its surface. Loading sleeves and a vacuum pump take water from water sources. Dry ameliorants which are coming from the loader are washed away by a jet of liquid in the machine's filter. Additional equipment allows you to wash cars, extinguish fires, spray vineyards and orchards. The disadvantage of the MVM-10 machine is that it has a long backwash (regeneration) time of the filter, a low degree of ameliorants mixing in the filter cavity and, thus, low efficiency. To reduce the effect of these factors and increase the machine efficiency, a new technology for mixing ameliorants has been developed. We have proposed to equip the machine MVM-10 with equipment that makes it possible to increase the degree of uniformity of ameliorants mixing in the filter cavity and intensification of the washing process the "dead zones". This will prevent chemical destruction of the bottom surface of the tank by ameliorants and thereby increase the efficiency, environmental friendliness and service life of the machine. The proposed constructive solution makes it possible to increase the degree of efficiency of ameliorants’ washing, mineral fertilizers and liquids of different consistency and to reduce the time of washing the solid phase and transfer it to the optimal consistency. We propose to intensify the washing process by using a new type of wash equipment. The mesh filter in it is made in the form of a cut cone. In the lower part of it the pressure system pipeline is connected. The mesh filter is equipped with a reflector umbrella. The inner surface of it has jet curve ribs. Technological parameters of this equipment and ameliorant washing process are established on the basis of experimental investigations and mathematical modelling methods. Particular attention was paid to the calculation of the hydraulic and technical parameters of the equipment in the proposed wash system.
