Анотація

Розглянуто деякі питання методики визначення вантажопідйомності автодорожніх мостів, викладеної у чинному нормативному документі і у нових «Методичних рекомендаціях …». Нині розрахунок вантажопідйомності конструкцій автодорожніх мостів, в тому числі прогонової будови, регламентовано чинним нормативним документом, за яким вантажопідйомність визначається порівнянням показників зусиль у перерізах елементів від характеристичних (нормативних) тимчасових рухомих навантажень з граничними значеннями. В Методичних рекомендаціях з визначення вантажопідйомності автодорожніх мостів, розроблених ДП ДерждорНДІ у 2021 році, викладено деякі нові положення. Виконано теоретичний аналіз і розрахункову перевірку (апробацію) окремих положень Методичних рекомендацій … на прикладі реального автодорожнього моста через невелику річку на одній із автомобільних доріг на Харківщині.

ON DETERMINING THE LOAD CAPACITY OF THE SPAN STRUCTURE OF ROAD BRIDGE

English abstract

Some issues of the methodology for determining the carrying capacity of road bridges, which are outlined in the current normative document and in the new "Methodological recommendations ...", are considered. Currently, the calculation of the load capacity of road bridge structures, including the span structure, is regulated by the current normative document, according to which the load capacity is determined by comparing the force indicators in the sections of the elements from the characteristic (normative) temporary moving loads pe with the limit values qe, expressed in the corresponding equivalent loads. Based on the results of the comparison of pe and qe, the magnitude of the possible decrease in carrying capacity is determined, by which the operating condition is classified. In the "Methodical recommendations for determining the carrying capacity of road bridges" developed by the institute DerzhdorNDI in 2021, some new proposals are outlined. The publication of these "Methodological recommendations ...", especially as a separate document, seems useful and timely. However, at the same time, some of the recommended provisions of this document are perceived as unconvincing and need to be supplemented. The analysis and calculated verification (approbation) of individual provisions of the "Methodical Recommendations..." and the provision of some proposals for their clarification and correction of the text of the document constitute the main goal and task of this article. In order to verify the expediency of the conditions specified in the Methodical Recommendations... regarding the permissible discrepancy of the results of calculations using the analytical method and the finite element method (FEM) up to 10%, and for the purpose of general approbation of the method, in this work calculations of the carrying capacity of the span structure were performed using the traditional method determining the coefficient of transverse placement (Kpr) analytically, and by calculating Kpr using FEM, on the example of a real structure – a highway bridge across a small river on one of the highways of the Kharkіv region. Based on the results of the work, the expediency of clarifying some of the provisions of the Methodical recommendations ... was shown, and suggestions for correcting their text were given.
