Анотація

В статті обґрунтовано, що проблеми управління командами, а також комунікаціями всередині команд, є актуальними та ключовими для підвищення ефективності управління та розвитку організацій. В статті доведено, що застосування командних технологій діяльності сприяє ефекту синергізму в економічному аспекті та приносить членам команди моральне й психологічне задоволення. Запропоновано авторське бачення поняття «управління талантами» та складові, які повинна включати модель управління талантами. TEAM AND COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT AS A WAY TO ENSURE THE EFFECTIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION

English abstract

The modern world is characterized by uncertainty, contradictions, and changeability, and that is why team management became the answer to the sharp increase in competition and globalization of business. New tasks that arise, and rapidly changing conditions force managers at all levels to adapt established, familiar forms of management to the new reality, use new communication tools, become more flexible, and respond to any changes in a timely manner. The article has been grounded that the problems of team management, as well as communication within teams, are relevant and key to improving the effectiveness of organizations’ management and development. The article proves that using team activity technologies contributes to the effect of synergy in the economic aspect and brings moral and psychological satisfaction to team members. The author’s vision of the "talent management" concept is offered. The components that should be included in the talent management model are talent planning and selection; formation of a team of talents; training and coaching of talents; screening and evaluation of talent performance; celebration and recognition of talents. The article grounds that the proposed stages will contribute to the introduction of a personal approach to the formation and development of the team through the perception of each of its members as a talent. The authors emphasize that using teams allows companies to become effective organizations capable of winning in competition and providing innovative solutions, as well as defined team effects that lead to long-term market outcomes. It is proven that the key to organizational success is to gather vital and stable team members and manage them well. That is why effective team management will ensure the overall development and growth of the organization and maximize its profitability, which will provide a competitive advantage in increasing employee satisfaction, productivity, and innovation.
