Анотація

Проведено дослідження досвіду управління та оцінки ризиків при прийнятті інвестиційних рішень в проєктах інвестиційно- будівельної діяльності протягом життєвого циклу. Визначено та структуровано цілі та завдання функцій управління ризиками реалізації інвестиційно-будівельних проєктів та проаналізовано основні методи управління ризиками. Розглянуто загальні схеми, зміст кожного етапу та процедури управління ризиками. Сформовано алгоритм та укрупнену схему управління ризиками проекту протягом життєвого циклу. Запропоновано процедури управління ризиками проекту інвестиційно-будівельної діяльності на різних стадіях життєвого циклу.

FEATURES OF RISK MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS DURING THE LIFE CYCLE

English abstract

A study of the experience of managing and assessing risks when making investment decisions in projects of investment and construction activities during the life cycle was conducted. The project of investment and construction activities in the process of implementation goes through various stages, which together constitute the life cycle of the project. Projects of investment and construction activity can be presented in the form of a life cycle with the following structure: the beginning of the project; project implementation; completion and liquidation of the project. Existing methods of risk assessment and methods of influencing risks are analyzed. The general scheme of risk management includes a number of stages: identification of risks; risk assessment, qualitative and quantitative analysis; planning measures to respond to certain risks; monitoring and risk management. The objectives and tasks of the risk management functions of the implementation of investment and construction projects are defined and structured, and the main methods of risk management are analyzed. General schemes, content of each stage and risk management procedures are considered. An algorithm and a consolidated project risk management scheme during the life cycle have been formed. The consolidated algorithm of the complex risk management system during the life cycle of the investment and construction activity project consists of three stages. At the first stage, the planning of the project of investment and construction activities (pre-project substantiation of investments) is carried out, which includes the transformation of an idea, a plan, a comprehensively substantiated investment proposal. At the second stage, the project of investment and construction activities is implemented, which includes the following measures: conclusion of contracts; construction of objects included in the project; installation of equipment; adjustment works; commissioning of the facility; start of production or provision of services. At the third stage, completion and liquidation of the project of investment and construction activities. Summary of results, analysis of realized risks. A complex of risk management procedures of the investment and construction project at various stages of the life cycle is proposed, which allows you to assess possible losses and plan procedures for their possible reduction, as well as to increase the efficiency of its implementation. This helps to achieve the goals set at the beginning of the investment and construction project and to reduce the risk of inefficient project implementation
