З метою визначення різноманітних заходів із раціонального використання води населенням, зменшення втрат води, розглянуто структуру споживання води, запропоновано різні підходи для її економного використання, проаналізовано законодавчу базу для проведення та реалізації різних методів.

SCIENTIFIC PRACTICAL APPROACHES TO THE RATIONAL USE OF DRINKING WATER BY THE POPULATION

English abstract

Streamlining water consumption by reducing and reducing water leaks should not cause damage to human health, nor to the comfort of his water consumption, nor to the economic development of the settlement as a whole. The main reasons that lead to the uneconomical use of water and the increase in electricity costs are leaks, losses and irrational use of water, namely: • unaccounted losses of drinking water: • water losses that are not registered by means of measuring equipment (error according to the technical passport); • losses caused by the discrepancy between water consumption norms and the actual amount of water consumed (for settlements with large seasonal fluctuations in the population); • losses associated with the withdrawal of water from the network without the appropriate permission; • water consumption for fire-fighting purposes, training, etc.; • water losses as a result of illegal influence on the operation of distribution metering nodes by the population (magnets). Decision of these problems maybe in number of different ways, namely: 1. Arrangement of commercial accounting nodes. 2. By reducing technological losses and water consumption 3. Reducing the emergency of water supply networks. 4. Round-the-clock water supply. 5. Reducing excess pressure near consumers. Conclusion: 1. The rational water consumption of drinking-water to the populations folds near 70 л/ (people·per day). 2. Water savings by the population, after the implementation and implementation of the considered methods, in the housing stock of Ukraine can be from 25 to 40%.
