Анотація

У статті акцентується увага на те, що в сучасних умовах успішна та конкурентоспроможна діяльність суб’єктів господарювання забезпечується шляхом використання інформаційних систем (ІС). Поряд з цим різноманіття та постійний розвиток ІС ставить перед підприємством виклики, пов’язані з труднощами вибору ефективних програмних продуктів та адаптацією бізнес процесів до алгоритмів обробки інформації в інформаційних системах. Представлені результати вивчення типових рішень вітчизняних інформаційних систем для малого та середнього бізнесу дозволили встановити, що такі системи забезпечують базові потреби з автоматизації бізнес процесів суб’єктів господарювання і можуть використовуватись підприємствами різних галузей. Результати наших досліджень показали, що в Україні ІС для бізнесу розвиваються за певними напрямами. Аналіз сучасних трендів розвитку ІС для підприємництва має стати в нагоді при вирішення проблем, що стосуються впровадження та використання інформаційних систем.

CURRENT TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF DOMESTIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS FOR BUSINESS

English abstract

Today business is one of the most active and promising areas for the implementation and application of information system (IS). The functioning of a competitive enterprise is possible only if modern information systems are used. The development of economic relations in the digital economy requires constant improvement and updating of information systems capabilities, while the rapid pace of information technology development causes qualitative changes in the business processes of enterprises. Therefore, the study of current trends in the development of information systems is relevant, as it allows identifying additional reserves for improving the efficiency of business entities in the digital economy. The diversity and constant development of IS creates a number of challenges for an enterprise, including difficulties in choosing effective software products and adapting business processes to information processing algorithms in information systems. Therefore, an analysis of current trends in the development of IS for business should be useful in solving problems related to the implementation and use of information systems. Domestic information systems for business are focused on the category of enterprises (large, medium, small, micro), and take into account the peculiarities of the tax system and the requirements of business entities for business process automation. The basic needs for automation of entities' business processes are implemented in standard solutions of software products. The article describes such systems. The results of our research have shown that modern information systems for business in Ukraine are developing in the following areas: 1) specialisation of information systems depending on the industry and size of the enterprise; 2) complex automation characterized by the development of ERP systems; 3) integration of software and hardware; 4) globalization; 5) data security; 6) intuitive interface with managed forms; 7) improvement of information support for programs. Given global technology trends, we can expect to see artificial intelligence used in Ukrainian business information systems in the near future. Thus, the article identifies external and internal factors of enterprises' functioning which influence the processes of software development. In our opinion, taking into account the outlined trends in the development of IS for business will help an enterprise in choosing the optimal software.
