Анотація

У статті розглянуто процес інтеграції штучного інтелекту в систему менеджменту. Автор визначає сутність поняття «штучний інтелект» та обґрунтовує ключові чинники, які зумовлюють необхідність його впровадження в сучасний менеджмент. Проаналізовано основні виклики та ризики, що можуть виникати у менеджерів під час використання штучного інтелекту в управлінській діяльності. Висвітлено як переваги, так і потенційні недоліки впровадження таких технологій у корпоративну практику. Також досліджено сучасні тренди застосування штучного інтелекту у провідних світових компаніях та найбільш поширені напрями його використання. Окрему увагу приділено опису ризиків та викликів впровадження штучного інтелекту в систему менеджменту.

PROSPECTS AND RISKS OF THE APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF INDUSTRY 5.0

English abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly attracting attention across various domains of human activity due to its growing significance and applicability. It represents a complex integration of information technologies that, through data processing algorithms and scientific research methodologies, enables the development of models capable of executing sophisticated tasks. These models can generate and process information, construct knowledge bases, formulate decision-making frameworks, and design strategies and methodologies for achieving predefined objectives. The comparative advantages of AI over human capabilities are evident. However, the full scope of AI’s potential, the challenges associated with its integration into enterprise management systems, and the risks it may pose to the economic stability of individual businesses, national economies, and global markets remain insufficiently explored. Therefore, it is essential to conduct a balanced assessment of both the benefits and potential drawbacks of incorporating AI into management processes. While AI is increasingly recognized as a transformative technology in organizational management, the era of widespread digitalization has also exposed ethical concerns – particularly regarding its misuse in educational and training contexts, where it may facilitate dishonest practices and compromise academic integrity. To fully leverage AI’s potential in organizational governance, it is imperative to address a range of technical, structural, and ethical challenges. Moreover, the implementation of AI systems is inherently complex, involving not only the technological component but also the individuals responsible for deployment and the dynamic interaction between human operators and intelligent systems. AI offers the promise of enhanced efficiency, faster and more accurate decision-making, and cost reduction. Nonetheless, a clear understanding of its capabilities and limitations is critical. Artificial intelligence should not be perceived as a panacea for all organizational issues, but rather as a powerful tool designed to augment human decision-making and improve outcomes in specific areas of application.
