Анотація

The aim of the course Crisis Management of Social Systems is to develop advanced theoretical knowledge and methodological competencies in the field of crisis management of social systems under conditions of uncertainty, instability, and external shocks, as well as to form research-oriented skills for analyzing, designing, and evaluating crisis strategies and policies at different systemic levels. Objectives: 1) develop a comprehensive understanding of crises as complex socio-economic and institutional phenomena affecting social systems; 2) analyze theoretical approaches, models, and methodological frameworks of crisis management within economic and social sciences; 3) identify, classify, and diagnose crisis processes and crisis dynamics in social systems at micro-, meso-, and macro-levels; 4) apply analytical tools, indicators, and scenario-based methods for assessing crisis risks, uncertainty, and systemic vulnerability; 5) design adaptive crisis management strategies and decision making models under conditions of limited information and institutional constraints; 6) evaluate the effectiveness of crisis management instruments, public policies, and governance mechanisms in social systems; 7) integrate crisis management concepts and methods into doctoral research projects, policy analysis, and academic publications; 8) develop critical thinking, research autonomy, and the ability to communicate scientific findings related to crisis management in an international academic environment.
