Статтю присвячено огляду наукових напрацювань рівненських дослідників щодо природно-ландшафтних особливостей міста Рівного, їх ролі в формуванні палацово-паркового комплексу князів Любомирських протягом століть. Робота озкриває та демонструє інтерес місцевих науковців до проблеми створення, трансформації, осучаснення та подальшого розвитку ландшафтно-рекреаційної території міста.

NATURAL AND LANDSCAPE FEATURES OF THE LOCATION OF THE PALACE- PARK COMPLEX OF THE TOWN OF RIVNE IN THE RESEARCH OF CONTEMPORARY SCIENTISTS (SELECTED WORKS)

English abstract

The article is devoted to the review of the scientific achievements of Rivne researchers of the natural and landscape features of town Rivne, their role in the formation of the palace and park complex of the Lubomyrski over the centuries. Reveals and demonstrates the interest of local scientists in the problem of creation, transformation, modernization and further development of the landscape and recreation area of the town. It is noted that the palace and park complex of the princes of Lubomyrsky is currently a lost landscape and recreational center of the historical part of Rivne. It could become a powerful center of the tourist component of the settlement, a composite node of the downtown area and an aesthetic addition of the existing urban fabric. One of the priority and most covered in publications is the natural landscape aspect, which speaks of the importance of analyzing such factors as hydrography, relief and vegetation of the creation of palace and park complex. The article analyzes the works of such well-known modern Rivne researchers as Petro Rychkov, Olga Mykhailyshyn, and others. Their works are valuable because they contain unique cartographic and artistic documents that reproduce the architectural and planning structure of the historical part of the city and its natural and landscape objects; watercolor drawings that belong to a special genre of colored watercolor miniatures and depict fragments of buildings and natural landscaping of the palace and park complex; the fixation plan of Rivne with the palace and park complex of the interwar period and the general plan of 1936, made by Polish architects and urban planners. The works of scientists also include an overview of the urban context of Rivne in the 19th–20th centuries. One of the books contains a reconstruction scheme of the Lyubomyrskyi palace and park complex in the 18th century, and a photo of its model and the historical part of the city. The importance of conducting these studies, which were started in the 70s of the 20th century and are currently relevant, is indicated. It is noted that these works are quite useful and informative for establishing the natural-landscape and architectural-landscape identity of Rivne; determination of problematic aspects and perspective directions of development of landscape and recreational areas.
