Анотація

У статті досліджено питання трактування сутності категорії «інформаційна інфраструктура», що надало змогу запропонувати авторську дефініцію. Визначено основні заходи задля цифровізації бізнес-процесів підприємств. Наголошено на особливому значенні процесного підходу до вдосконалення бізнес-процесів. Узагальнено законодавчі підходи щодо напрямів формування та реалізації стратегії розвитку сучасної Ідентифіковано інформаційної вплив інфраструктури в Україні. напрямів реалізації Стратегії розвитку інформаційного суспільства в Україні на цифровізацію бізнес-процесів автотранспортних підприємств.

INFORMATION INFRASTRUCTURE IN DIGITALIZATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF A MOTOR TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE

English abstract

The article explores the issue of interpreting the essence of the category of «information infrastructure», which made it possible to propose the author’s definition: information infrastructure is a dynamic system of interconnected technological, organizational and cognitive elements that provides not only the transfer and processing of data, but also their transformation into knowledge, contributing to the evolution of society through the intellectualization of processes and the creation of new forms of social interaction. The main measures for the digitalization of business processes of enterprises are determined. Such measures are: collection of information about the business process, its modeling, identification: identification of places of origin, processing and consumption of information; modeling of information business processes; modification of the information system taking into account the model: creation of an automated information system; control of business processes. The special importance of the process approach to improving business processes is emphasized. Legislative approaches to the directions of formation and implementation of the strategy for the development of modern information infrastructure in Ukraine are summarized. The impact of the implementation directions of the Strategy for the Development of the Information Society in Ukraine on the digitalization of business processes of motor transport enterprises has been identified. It has been stated that the Information Infrastructure, which is focused on the digitalization of business processes of enterprises, in particular, transport, ensures their efficient flow. At the same time, information about business processes is the basis for developing strategies for the functioning of the enterprise.
